Global Trace Heating Ltd aims to provide defect free products and services to our customers on time.

 

The company operates a quality management system which has gained BS EN ISO 9001 : 2000 Certification, including aspects specific to the Electric Surface Heating Industry. The quality management system is described in the Quality Manual and Procedure manual. All personnel understand the importance of quality and abide by the contents of the Quality Manual.

 

Global Trace Heating Ltd consistently monitors its quality performance and will implement improvements when appropriate.
