- Khartoum North Power Station Sudan, Project involved design, specify, supply and supervise installation of trace heating systems on fuel oil supply pipework,
we supplied all of the trace heating equipment and an supervising engineer, who was on site for approximately 4 months.
- Kenana Sugar Company Sudan, Project involved design & supply of trace heating equipment for major refit of fuel oil supply
pipework.
- We have designed, currently manufacture and supply various heaters for a prominent USA manufacture of communications
antennas.
- We have designed manufactured and supervised installation of one off Antenna heaters for many applications
including a 6.5m diameter dish for a Polish TV station located in Warsaw and a dish for Eurosport located in Paris.
- Advised and supplied products which have been moulded into a synthetic foot to simulate
body heat for testing footwear.
- We have designed and manufactured supplied a large amount of heating jackets for USA power stations. The
jackets are used on air operated valves fitted at the base of fly ash hoppers. We manufactured 576 jackets for one power station
alone.
- We acted as consultants on a trace heating project for an automotive manufacture to
resolve problems bought about by poor system design and installation by another trace heating company. We assessed the existing
system on the supply pipework for various types of body sealant, specified a new system which worked correctly.
- Heating tape cast into a concrete statue to aid the curing process, trace heating
used in art!
- Our heating tape has been cast into a concrete helicopter landing pad.
- We currently manufacture and supply a special long circuit length variation of our
OPHB heating tape which is used in Ski resorts under conveyor lifts.
